Zinc oxide indirect method
1. Features
(1) The zinc oxide has smaller particle size than the common zinc oxide, strong activity, uniform particle size, strong dispersibility and good effect of promoting vulcanization, improves the crosslinking density of vulcanized rubber, and makes vulcanization more thorough.
(2) The zinc oxide can well improve the viscosity of rubber materials and improve the adhesion of rubber, steel wires and framework materials such as cord fabrics.
(3) The zinc oxide has good dynamic mechanical properties, and rubber products have small deformation and heat production amount and good wear resistance and ageing resistance.
2. Application:
The zinc oxide is mainly used for producing rubber products such as radial tires, diagonal tires, conveyor belts, rubber tubes, rubber belts, rubber shoes and latex gloves. Product performance completely meets the requirement of Ministry of Chemical Industry and ASTM standard.
